About the E-Commerce Team

Our e-commerce department sits at the center of everything digital. We launch more than 20 new products daily and are constantly optimizing the experience for thousands of customers shopping online.

As an intern, you’ll be part of a collaborative and ambitious team with a strong track record of nurturing talent.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily product launches by uploading product images, descriptions, translations, and meta data.
• Update homepage, category pages, and content across the website.
• Assist with analysis of UX performance and identify opportunities on landing pages and key flows.

As our Traffic Manager, you will be responsible for driving and optimizing our traffic acquisition across paid, owned, and organic channels.

Google Shopping is one of our most important traffic channels, and hands-on experience with Shopping optimization, Google Ads, Merchant Center, feeds, product performance, and profitability will be essential.

Your responsibilities

Traffic strategy and performance

• Define, execute, and continuously optimize a holistic traffic acquisition strategy across paid, owned, and organic channels.
  
  

Google Shopping and paid marketing

• Own and optimize paid marketing activities, with Google Shopping as a central focus area.
• Work with campaign management, feed optimization, product performance analysis, budget allocation, and ROI improvements.
  
  

Newsletter and CRM traffic

• Manage weekly newsletter campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo.
  
  

SEO and content strategy

• Set the direction for SEO-driven content creation and identify technical SEO improvements.
  
  

Affiliate marketing

• Manage and develop our affiliate program.
  
  

AI and process optimization

• Identify and implement opportunities to improve workflows, reporting, campaign execution, and channel optimization through AI tools and automation.

• Have minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within e-commerce, B2C, fashion, retail, or a digital marketing agency.
• Have hands-on experience with Google Shopping, Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, product feeds, and performance analysis.

Our Customer Service Team plays a key role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly. About the Warehouse Team

Our Warehouse team is a dedicated group of people who are the backbone of our operations. The outbound crew works alongside each other to prepare deliveries, handle stock products, and execute control activities, making sure everything is accurate, safe, and ready to start its journey to the destination.

This strong team plays a crucial role in maintaining a smooth flow of goods, accurate stock records, and a well-organised environment, allowing the rest of operations to run without interruptions.
