Created in collaboration with Barriers Worldwide, this premium release finds its inspiration in the ‘North Star’, a staunchly anti-slavery newspaper founded by statesman and celebrated orator Frederick Douglass in 1847. At their core Barriers seeks to educate and inspire while amplifying messages of anti-racism and seeking positive change in the world. Constructed from supple brown suede, this take on the Pro Leather Hi features accents of white sherpa along the star and chevrons on the laterals and medials. Debossed Barriers logos rest on the laterals while multi-coloured laces work their way up to a leather collar lining. Completed with a scuffed midsole, this release also comes with two extra lace sets.
