Sales Assistant - Paris

NAKED Copenhagen is searching for salespeople to join NAKED Copenhagen’s French branch, at our soon-to-open flagship Parisian location in La Marais. The qualified candidate will take an active part in providing an excellent customer and shopping experience in-store, in order to create preferred and personal bonds with our local and global communities.
You will understand and embody NAKED Copenhagen’s DNA while contributing to the creation of NAKED Paris’ DNA. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess a creative flair for generating new selling ideas in collaboration with your teammates.

Your main missions:

-      Welcoming, advising, and assisting your customers in the most qualitative way possible
-      Providing unrivalled in-store / omnichannel customer solutions and services
-      An in-depth understanding and appreciation of our product portfolio.
-      Working the register and processing sales to ensure the most fluid purchasing experience.
-      Understanding the store sales plan and company sales goals as well as reaching your individual sales and KPI targets.
-      Occasionally opening and closing the store. 

Your profile:

-      You are fluent in both French and English
-      You have at least 1-year experience in sales/retail
-      You love sneakers and are interested in style trends and all forms of creativity.
-      You understand the importance of conveying a sincere and personal experience to customers to give life to the store.
-      You have an agile mind and great memory, you demonstrate adaptability, and are rigorous in your actions.
-      You possess excellent communication skills to help you handle any customer situation with ease.

Store Manager Paris

NAKED Copenhagen is searching for a Store Manager to join NAKED Copenhagen’s French branch, at our soon-to-open, flagship Parisian location in Le Marais.
The qualified candidate will take an active part in the establishment, sales monitoring, and development of the concept store and the team’s core. They will foster an inspiring and dynamic work environment, in order to provide preferred and personal bonds with our local and global communities.
You will understand and embody NAKED Copenhagen’s DNA and vision while contributing to the creation of NAKED Paris’ DNA. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess undeniable leadership and display outstanding inventiveness to make the boutique, the ground-breaking/trend-setting, multicultural, and women-empowering sneakers reference store.

Your main missions:

-       Commercially monitoring the concept store through various KPIs and implementing necessary resources and tools to reach targets
-       Hire, induct and improve the NAKED Team skills to make them seasoned ambassadors, providing a unique concept store experience to our communities
-       In close connection with the NAKED Marketing Team, ensure the animation and development of the NAKED spirit through activations, dedicated content, and specific products
-       Ensure the implementation and follow-up of all operational aspects and consistently check the proper functioning of the store
-       Be the anchor point between the NAKED Copenhagen HQ Teams and the NAKED Paris Team in order to coherently apply the company’s vision and build a cohesive NAKED store network 

Your profile:

-       You are fluent in both French and English
-       You have at least 4-years confirmed experience in store and people management
-       You are on the lookout for cultural and sneakers lifestyle trends, you are sensitive to all forms of creativity, you show initiative, and know how to take up your responsibilities in order to lead your team and the store on the road to success
-       You demonstrate excellent communications skills and know how to position yourself and have qualitative interactions with various (internal or external) partners
-       You are a source of new and innovative proposals and solution-driven - to facilitate your team’s work and allow them to grow
