Originally released in 1999, the ‘Gold Bullet’ Air Max 97 finally returns following the hyped re-release of the ‘Silver Bullet’. Realized with a reinforced mesh base, the upper is skirted by glistening gold leather before giving way to spiraling strata of gold. A hidden lace system tracks the housing while a black and red patch is stitched on the tongue. Rings of 3M detail pop through the levels of the upper while underfoot we find the revolutionary full-length Air unit layered above a tri-tone rubber outsole.
