Celebrating fifty years of the Cortez, Union LA reimagines the iconic silhouette as an expression of the rich history and cultural diversity of Los Angeles. Inspired by the people and communities of the City of Angels, it features a dyed fabric upper overlayed with swatches of lush suede. A red suede Swoosh cruises across the laterals while a UN/LA stock flag rests below dual-tone eyestays. The Union Frontman lights up the red suede heel tab while the classic crater midsole is constructed partially with recycled materials a cue that carries over to the Nike Grind outsole.
