Reebok x Maison Margiela PROJECT 0 IF MO
Originally released in 1994, the Instapump Fury took the sneaker world by storm thanks to its signature Pump technology that allowed wearers to shape the shoe exactly to their foot. This new iteration realized through the decortiqué lens of renowned Parisian house Maison Margiela opts for a crisp white upper with exposed gold detailing around the tongue and toe. Decortiqué, allows Margiela to strip back the layers of the silhouette and expose the fine hand-detailing that goes into the shoe's creation. Examples of this can be seen on the haphazardly placed snake-tongue toe cap and exposed midsole, while the skeleton of the Pump system wraps around a mesh base layer. The pump button sits on the top of the tongue while a white Hexalite midsole and white rubber outsole round out the look.
