Experienced E-commerce Director to join high-growth fashion company as COO.

Founded by business partners and friends Tommas Olsen and Stine L. Pedersen, Naked started as a store in the heart of Copenhagen and has now expanded to a global web shop, with another store in Copenhagen, one in Aarhus and one opening in Paris, Marais, on Dec.1.2023.
Naked Copenhagen primarily offers sneakers, as well as clothing and accessories from major brands like Nike, Adidas, Asics, Vans, New Balance, Air Jordan, Reebok, Onitsuka Tiger, Puma, and more.
Over time, Naked Copenhagen has collaborated with e.g. Adidas Originals, Vans, Reebok, and Asics - to create sneakers and apparel with Naked's own aesthetics and visual identity. Keep an eye out for more collaborations in the near future!

Job Description
¡ Prepare and support team in month-end and year-end close. Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
¡ Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for management.
¡ Coordinate year-end audit with external auditors and assist in the preparation of audit schedules, data, and information.
¡ Manage and comply with all government reporting requirements and tax filings
¡ Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls. Identify accounting and financial issues and suggest timely solutions.
¡ Lead other projects as requested by management.
In this manager position, you will also need to assist and advise the team on following missions important for the company:
¡ Accounting: A/R follow up with payment providers, A/P with and/or without Purchase Orders. Fixed Assets management. Reconciliation and quality assurance of VAT.
¡ Business controlling: Payroll processing. Inventory Accounting. Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process. Optimization and developing of internal reporting structures, budget forecasts, and P&L statements. Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities. Cashflow management.
¡ A dedicated resource will be allocated to develop PowerBI reports.
Skills and Qualifications:
¡ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
¡ Previous experience as a Finance Manager or Auditor or similar position is preferred
¡ Ability to manage and lead a team
¡ Expert knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
¡ Experience with ERP systems and/or financial software
¡ Fluent in English and Danish, written and verbal
¡ Structured, organized, and analytical
¡ Adaptable to busy surroundings and changing priorities
¡ Experience in retail industry is a plus

Overview:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in project coordinating the tasks for the creative marketing team. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Project manage all tasks and budgets for the creative marketing team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Assist the Marketing Manager in developing concrete, detailed plans for all projects, including the schedule, the budget, identifying project goals, and setting a timeline for the projects.
- Coordinate and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Manage the coordination and execution of marketing events, including seeding logistics, vendor management, and on-site support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as ecommerce, buying, and finance, to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a creative marketing environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Sales Assistant - Paris
NAKED Copenhagen is searching for salespeople to join NAKED Copenhagenâs French branch, at our soon-to-open flagship Parisian location in La Marais. The qualified candidate will take an active part in providing an excellent customer and shopping experience in-store, in order to create preferred and personal bonds with our local and global communities.
You will understand and embody NAKED Copenhagenâs DNA while contributing to the creation of NAKED Parisâ DNA. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess a creative flair for generating new selling ideas in collaboration with your teammates.
Your main missions:
- Welcoming, advising, and assisting your customers in the most qualitative way possible
- Providing unrivalled in-store / omnichannel customer solutions and services
- An in-depth understanding and appreciation of our product portfolio.
- Working the register and processing sales to ensure the most fluid purchasing experience.
- Understanding the store sales plan and company sales goals as well as reaching your individual sales and KPI targets.
- Occasionally opening and closing the store.
Your profile:
- You are fluent in both French and English
- You have at least 1-year experience in sales/retail
