Confirmation
Once confirming your order, a binding agreement is made, and you will automatically recieve an e-mail confirming the order

We reserve the right to cancel any orders in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. In the event that this should happen, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. Age restrictions parental or guardian consent is required for customers under the age of 18.

Privacy policy
Any and all information given to Naked ApS is is treated as confidential. No information is at any point given to any 3rd parties, and is strictly used between the customer and Naked Aps.

Returns
Return goods within 14 days of receiving the order for exchange or refund. Any customer wishing to return goods must fill out the return form and place in the package returned to Naked. Returns without a return form will not be considered. The goods must be returned in the same condition as when received. They are to be unused other than for the purpose of trying on for fit. If there is evidence to suggest that the goods have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, the customer loses his/her right to exercise a return. Shoe must be returned in shoebox with a bag or envelope to protect the box from being damaged. Returned goods are checked and if the above conditions are fulfilled, the amount (minus shipping) is deposited back into the customer's account or exchanged for something else. When exercising your right to return an item, the shipment is paid by the customer. Naked will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping, this is the customers sole responsibility.

Refund
Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as Naked receives the package to the cardholder. For some creditcards, expect up to 30 days before receiving your refund. For all other cards expect 5-7 days. All orders below the "free freight" margin will not recieve a refund for the freight cost.

Exchange
During sale or promotional offers the policy explained above will apply, except that Naked will not accept exchanges, only returns. For returns please send to the address below:
