The following returns policy does not apply to purchases made in-store.

Confirmation
Once confirming your order, a binding agreement is made, and you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming the order. If you are using a Hotmail account please check your spam/junk folder.

Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any orders in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order.
In the event that this should happen, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Age restrictions
Parental or guardian consent is required for customers under the age of 18.


Privacy policy
Any and all information given to Naked ApS is is treated as confidential. No information is at any point given to any 3rd parties, and is strictly used between the customer and Naked Aps.

Resale
Our merchandise is intended for retail consumers only. You shall not use the site to purchase products for re-sale or export. If we suspect that you intend to resell our merchandise, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Returns during Christmas season
All orders placed between the 15th of November and the 22nd of December will be considered as Christmas presents and can be returned or exchanged until the 7th of January.

Returns
Return goods within 14 days of receiving the order for exchange or refund.

Any customer wishing to return goods must fill out the return form. The return form is sent to you the order confirmation e-mail. Fill out this form with the relevant information and place it in the package returned to Naked. Returns without a return form will not be considered.

The goods must be returned in the same condition as when received. They are to be unused other than for the purpose of trying on for fit. If there is evidence to suggest that the goods have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, the customer loses his/her right to exercise a return.

Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box with a bag or envelope to protect the box from being damaged. Returned goods are checked and if the above conditions are fulfilled, the amount (minus shipping on international orders) is deposited back into the customer's account.

When exercising your right to return an item, the shipment is paid by the customer. Naked will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping, this is the customers sole responsibility.

You will receive an e-mail as soon as your return has been processed and a refund has been issued.

In store return
If you wish to return an item personally you can do so by stopping by our stores in Klosterstr├Žde or Pilestr├Žde. Please bring your order confirmation or the return form.
We will process your return within 10 working days and you will receive an e-mail as soon as the refund has been issued.


Please note: There may be processing delays during Christmas and within sale periods.

Exchange
If you want to exchange an item for a different size, please fill out the return form. The return form is attached to your order confirmation e-mail. Fill out this form with the relevant information and place it in the package returned to Naked.
The goods must be returned in the same condition as when received. They are to be unused other than for the purpose of trying on for fit. The shipment is paid by the customer, but Naked will pay for the shipping of the new size.

During sale or promotional offers, Naked will not accept exchanges, only returns.

Claims / Reklamation
If you for some reason feel you have received a defect item upon delivery, or an item becomes defect, you must contact us immediately.
Please send an e-mail with your invoice number, a few pictures and a small description of the defected item, to webshop@nakedcph.com with the subject ?Claims?.
Once we receive an e-mail from you, we will contact you as soon as possible.


Refund

Refunds for returned products will be made to the cardholder as soon as Naked receives the package. For some credit cards (Mastercard etc), you can expect up to 30 days before receiving your refund. For all other cards expect 5-7 days. Freight will not be refunded for international customers.


Limited-edition release information
When purchasing special and limited-edition products, please note that after you press the "Confirm" button, you only have 3 minutes to enter your credit-card details.
If you fail to enter your credit-card details and proceed within 3 minutes, you will have to restart the procedure of purchase.
We recommend buying the product as fast as possible otherwise the product can be sold out in the meantime!
